ramp access comfortable beds loud talking customer skills
The location was great! the entry and communal areas were modern. I found ramp access to the hotel and a lift very helpful. The beds were comfortable.
The cleaning staff woke me at 8am talking loudly outside my room. they clattered items on the trolley. I feel the response of the reception indicates this is COMMON practice to clean in this way at 8am.

really good breakfast really good service inoperable air conditioning slow lift
The breakfast selection was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries (they were delicious!). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Georgia deserves special recognition for her really good service. The hotel's cleanliness was also amazing. I noticed this throughout the entire hotel.
I had difficulty with the air conditioning in my room. It would not operate. the lift seemed unusually slow. It took a long time to travel between floors.

the location was quite alright. it was close enough to everything, i suppose.
The shower was a complete joke. I seemed like i was in some kind of bizarre water-saving competition, trying to finish before the tray overflowed. it drained SO slowly, i'm surprised i didn't have to start bailing it out with a bucket.
